Our Mission at Fido by Design is to provide healthy, quality puppies as companions to responsible owners.  Our goal is to share the love and company that dogs give with others.  We live out in rural Missouri "where the wind comes sweeping across the plain" and we wanted to produce something of value to others.

Our family consists of myself (a college grad, now a domestic goddess), my husband and eight kids (oh and 1 cat).  My husband is a carpenter and we stay plenty busy so why did we get into the dog business?  I think it was by accident because with the children, we always had puppies around.  The kids decided they wanted to start a business and it was a great way to keep us out of trouble (as though we needed it).
